Nema 4x Enclosure Mounting for Console Models: Tank Sentinel

(except TS-2001), AutoStik Jr, BulkStik, & AutoStik II (1-4 Ch)

Console Mounting Steps:

1.) Mount the console on the predrilled internal panel using the supplied hardware

(this is a zinc-plated and predrilled internal panel).

2.) Using the supplied hardware, install the internal panel, with the console mounted,

inside the Nema 4X enclosure.

3.) Locate and punch the appropriate sized holes in the box for water tight conduit

fittings. Reference the User/Installation Guide for the conduit hole sizes.

4.) Using appropriate fasteners for the mounting surface, install the enclosure

vertically using the FIBOX mounting instructions (supplied with the enclosure).

5.) Run conduit to the Nema 4X box through the water tight fittings to maintain the

integrity of the Nema 4X enclosure. Reference the User/Installation Guide about

conduit and cabling, and install these per local code.

6.) Wire the console per local codes and per the User/Installation Guide(s).
